I met Talia and Garrett about a year ago when they approached me about photographing their wedding. Talia was pretty set on having the day documented exactly the way that it played out. She was much more interested in having candid photos of their story than posed, perfectly lit photos for their photo books.
I don’t think I’ve ever met a more laid back couple than Talia and Garrett. The forecast called for rain, and we suspected it since the minute we could see May 5th on the 15-day forecast. Not one time did either of them fret about it. Their only concern was being with their family and friends to share their love story. They didn’t care if that was done indoors or out. That’s the kind of love story I want to tell.
