I am a wife and mama to two little miracles from Morgantown, West Virginia. I've had a passion for photography my entire life, but when I had my daughter three years ago, I felt a deep urge to capture her every move. Her tiny baby feet and hands were changing every day, and I wanted a way that I could hold on to those memories forever. Photography is a gift that I provide my family with. I want my children to have authentic documentation of their childhood. I, wholeheartedly, believe that photography is an heirloom. I am living my dream by getting to know other families and telling their story through a series of photographs. I love to learn about, and document, what you love about your family. Babies change fast. The beautiful chaos of life is something you'll want to remember the rest of your life. Helping other families provide an heirloom for their children is my life's mission.

About Me

I am a wife and mama to two little miracles from Morgantown, West Virginia. I’ve had a passion for photography my entire life, but when I had my daughter, I felt a deep urge to capture her every move.

The beautiful chaos of life  is something you’ll want to remember the rest of your life. Helping other families provide an heirloom for their children is my life’s mission.

I don't even know what goes on between the hours o I don't even know what goes on between the hours of 6am and 10pm sometimes. I feel like everything that goes on in my life is such a combination of warp speed and snail pace slow, that I'm just moving from one task to the other without much thought. I lay down at night and feel like I just got out of bed. With homeschool coming to an end and pre k registration happening, I feel like I spend the majority of my time filling out paperwork or on the phone making appointments. Today I made two phone calls to apologize for being such a hot mess that I missed a deadline and completely forgot to call Piper's school back yesterday. I laid the kids down for a nap and have been repeating this mantra over and over to my brain on fire: " I'm doing the best I can. I'm doing the best I can." Deep breath in, deep breath out, "I'm doing the best I can."
Pizza and a movie night- a showing of one of @anni Pizza and a movie night- a showing of one of @anniethacker's childhood favorites ❤️

I love sharing my favorite childhood movies with my kids. It's so much fun to talk about watching those movies as a kid with your kids. Obviously, the OG Disney movies are a must, but we just introduced our kids to The Little Rascals too. What were your childhood favorites? Have your kids seen them yet?!
The Hanks introduced me to @anniescoffeeandcreamer The Hanks introduced me to @anniescoffeeandcreamery for their April year in the Life session, and I will 100% be making my way back there for an ice cream cone of my own soon!

Self portrait Sunday. Parker shows me his love by Self portrait Sunday.

Parker shows me his love by placing his hand on my cheek. It's been an everyday occurrence for the last couple of years. It's calming and centering. I've really been wanting to get a picture of it for a while now. It's one of those things that I know will come to an end one day, and I just wanted to keep it forever.
Nowhere to hide. Nowhere to hide.
